MFSL's consultative programme delivery approach considers that new technology related deployments need to focus on accelerating service uptake. Research on consumer behaviour and continuous evaluation of consumer feedback on usability are fundamental in ensuring the "education gap" with new solutions is progressively minimised.

MFSL is a Service Provider using the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) delivery model. This ensures that a turn key programme is delivered to the customer while MFSL continues to provide end-to-end programme management and then transition front end operations to the customer when they are ready to operate the programme independently, while continuing to provide back end operations and programme management.
